This was something that was widely requested, and I too had to do for myself . It includes Cats for 10.4 to 10.7, and also has a Wallpaper set of device icons apart from what’s shown here. Monospaced alt font for those that make heavy use of the console output. Scales for any resolution, but there are backgrounds for all the popular resolutions for you to manually apply.

The PSD is essentially the frame for all the device icons/images. You may create your own. It’s simply a matter of loading up the PSD, dropping your image right under the layer “ADD YOUR IMAGE BELOW” and resize/reposition as necessary. You may tweak any other attributes as well. The RAID hud overlay is also there to toggle on/off. Device_selection is there so you may save both the selected and unselected versions of your image. When you have it looking just as you want, remember to toggle off the Background, and I also recommend toggling on the folder “Make visible when saving” it is just a gamma adjustment I use to sort of compensate for the typical “washed out” look during boot. Remember to save “For Save for Web & Devices” and have PNG-24 selected as well as the Transparency checkbox.
